Privacy Policy — Bina Production

Last updated: July 26, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how BINA .CX LLC ("we", "us", "Bina") handles information in connection with Bina Production(the "App"), a private, internal software application that we use to manage our own and our clients' advertising campaigns on Meta platforms through the Meta Marketing API.

1. The App is an internal tool

Bina Production is not a consumer-facing product. It has no public sign-up, no user accounts, and no login for members of the public. It is operated solely by our authorized staff and automated systems to create and manage advertising campaigns in advertising accounts that we own or that a client has explicitly granted us access to. Nobody outside our organization can access the App.

2. Information we access from Meta

The App authenticates using a Meta Business system user access token and accesses only the following Platform Data, strictly for advertising operations:

  • Advertising account information — account name, ID, currency, time zone, and status.
  • Advertising objects — campaigns, ad sets, ads, targeting configuration, budgets, schedules, and delivery status that we create or manage.
  • Aggregated performance data — impressions, clicks, spend, conversions, and similar campaign-level metrics.
  • Business asset metadata — the names, IDs, and approximate sizes of advertising pixels and custom audiences used to configure campaigns.

3. Information we do not collect

The App does not collect, receive, request, or store:

  • Personal profile information about any individual Meta user, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, photographs, or friend lists;
  • The identities or contact details of individuals contained in any custom audience — the App reads only aggregate counts and audience metadata, never individual records;
  • Payment card or financial account details;
  • Any special category or sensitive personal data.

The App performs no advertising targeting based on sensitive personal attributes.

4. How we use information

We use the information described in Section 2 exclusively to:

  • create, configure, update, pause, and review advertising campaigns, ad sets, and ads;
  • apply consistent targeting, budget, and audience-exclusion settings across campaigns;
  • measure and report advertising performance; and
  • maintain operational logs for troubleshooting and audit purposes.

We do not use Platform Data to build profiles of individuals, and we do not sell, rent, license, or otherwise make Platform Data available to any third party for their own purposes.

5. Sharing and disclosure

We share information only in these limited circumstances:

  • With the relevant advertiser or client— campaign configuration and performance reporting relating to that client's own advertising account.
  • With service providers — hosting and infrastructure vendors that process data on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
  • Where legally required — to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or an enforceable governmental request.

6. Storage, security, and retention

Data accessed through the App is stored on access-controlled servers operated by us or our infrastructure providers. Access tokens and credentials are stored as protected secrets and are never embedded in client-side code or shared publicly. Access is limited to authorized personnel who need it to perform advertising operations, and credentials are rotated when staff or system access changes.

We retain campaign configuration and aggregated performance data only for as long as needed for advertising operations, client reporting, and legal or accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or aggregated beyond identification.

7. Data deletion and your choices

Because the App does not collect personal information about individual Meta users, there is normally no individual user data to remove. If you believe we hold information relating to you, or if you are an advertiser who wants data associated with your advertising account deleted, contact us at privacy@bina.cx and we will respond within 30 days.

An advertiser may revoke our access at any time by removing our business or system user's permissions from their advertising account in Meta Business Settings, which immediately ends the App's ability to access that account.

8. International users

We operate from the United States, and information may be processed there. Where applicable law such as the GDPR or the CCPA/CPRA grants you rights of access, correction, deletion, or objection, you may exercise those rights using the contact details below.

9. Children

The App is a business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a revised "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
